Ethics, integrity, honesty, efficiency and transparency in all our actions constitute and are core values of the A LA PAR Foundation..
To develop these models and guidelines of professional, ethical and responsible behavior that should guide all employees of the Foundation and prevent the commission of illegal, or criminal behaviour in the performance of their professional activities. The Foundation establishes the mechanisms of monitoring and control to ensure compliance, placing at the disposal of all stakeholders an ethical communication channel.
The Ethical communication channel is a tool that the Foundation offers to its employees and its stakeholders to communicate irregularities, breaches or acts contrary to the principles of ethics, integrity and honesty.
All those people who in good faith use this channel shall be protected against any kind of discrimination and criminalization on the basis of the information transmitted. However, false or defamatory allegations may be sanctioned or give rise to the exercise of the actions placed in the law.
The information transmitted will be received by the Foundation’s Compliance Department, coordinated by Jacobo Cendra, and treated with the utmost rigor and confidentiality throughout the process, so it does not communicate to third parties (except legal obligation). It is not obligatory to provide personal data, unless an email address (don’t have to be corporate or containing name and surname) to maintain a line of contact and be able to inform you of the evolution of the research.
